At this time we do not offer a price match guarantee on the 3Cwebsites.com website. However, if you purchase an item online and upon delivery the item it is offered at a lower price, just show us the published price, and we'll match it with a 3Cwebsites.com credit, good for anything else we sell. Member discounts, below-cost or special price promos are excluded from this good will credit.

Using Digital Coupons & Member Codes
Digital Coupons and Member Codes, unlike credit or debit cards, are applied at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon(s) cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded. Digital Coupon redemptions are limited to ONE PER PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS only, unless otherwise noted.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided at the time of placing the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order and we will process a refund if a charge is made against your card and we've rejected your order.

Return Policy and Limited Guarantee
Any third party product you buy from 3Cwebsites.com is backed by the third party's (producers) warranty. 3Cwebsites.com's will provide a 30 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply under certain circumstances. 3Cwebsites.com's 30 day limited warranty is an exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of the item that has been confirmed as defective by either the producer or 3Cwebsites.com. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software or digital downloads. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to 3Cwebsites.com's limited 30 day warranty described above. After 30 days the producer's warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or third party. For assistance or to exchange for a defective product please call (647) 286-6256. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by 3Cwebsites.com or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.
Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
3Cwebsites.com may, at its own discretion may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. 3Cwebsites.com also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same 3Cwebsites.com website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. 3Cwebsites.com reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped the same business day or next business day based upon the time of ordering. Orders placed prior to 2:00 p.m. EST with the exception of digitially distributed products will typically ship the same business day. All other orders are shipped within 2 business days.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Shipping rates are presented at the time of ordering and are subject to applicable taxes.
